A walk is first up. Kara will lead you on a gentle, easy nature walk to bring you out of the mundane and into the moment. 

As the sun sets and the dusk bird song begins, settle down to a candle lit dinner of mouth-watering Tasmanian temptations in the great outdoors. 

As stars stud the night sky, head out on a guided spotlighting walk to meet some delightful creatures in the wild - an experience you'll find nowhere else on earth!

Roasted local vegetable salad, local sustainable cold meats, quinoa, pomegranate and green bean salad, served with olives, sweat & sour peppers and with Pigeon Hole sourdough bread.
